Bea Lozano

Bea Lozano (Salamanca, 1986) Currently resides in Barcelona, where she studied illustration at the Massana School. She participated in the Xavier Nogués seminar on experimental printing and in the Meta-Matica workshop on desktop publishing and printing with movable type. In 2017 she obtained a special mention and was selected to be part of the VIII Ibero-American Illustration Catalog. She was also selected for the Ilustrarte International Biennial 2018. In 2018 she won the IX edition of Iberoamérica Ilustra, and published with the Incendi publishing house her first illustrated book, Above Nogales, Below Zarzales, which was awarded two Junceda awards. In 2019 she won first prize in the Tragaluz contest.
